In this section we explain to you which is the best way to install our product Zero Flats.

Si fa temps que rodes amb aquest sistema, probablement ja has descobert que la majoria de selladors acaben deteriorant l' interior de la teva coberta i tornant-la més fràgil. A més, són cars i estan pensats perquè compris kits especials de muntatge -que nosaltres no et recomanem.
ZEROFLATS és una formulació amb nanocàpsules de làtex, suau amb les teves cobertes però implacable amb forats i petits talls. Hem fet un esforç per fer-ho molt accessible de preu perquè creiem que aquest sistema ha de ser competitiu amb les càmeres tradicionals, i no amb els sistemes tubeless. Trobaràs que la nostra proposta és millor que les altres en qualitat, fiabilitat i servei.

To mount a traditional tire with ZEROFLATS requires some practice. In general it is the same process to install a tubeless tire, except that it can be more difficult to make the tire air tight. With these instructions, it will be easy.
If it is not a TUBELESS tire, you will need an air compressor. You also can try with CO2 cartridges, but this is expensive and unreliable. Besides the impulse that C02 could make the ZEROFLATS coagulate during assembling…

You also can fill up the tire before you bed it in with the compressor.
Since you will have the tire soapy enough, you will see from where the air leaks are.
Tilt the wheel to make ZEROFLATS reach all the corners of the tire and you will see how perfectly the holes are sealed one by one. Get out riding, if you can, after the process. With the hits and the rotation, ZEROFLATS will seal completely the tire. If you don’t ride it, next day you could find the wheel with no preasure. If you still have it hanging, you probably could inflate it directly because it will still be bedded in.

STEP 1
Hang up the wheel in a way so that it doesn’t touch the ground during the process.

STEP 2
Assemble the valve loosily. With your fingers is enough, no tools.

STEP 3
Disassemble the tubeless valve core that comes with your wheel.

Mount the tire.

STEP 4
Make sure the tire bead is properly located on the rim, this will make the process easier.

STEP 5
With a pencil, paint with soapy water the space between the tire bead and the inner of the rim.

STEP 5
You don’t need to use a lot of soapy water, just enough to make it slippery. That helps the bead locate quickly in the rim.

STEP 6
Without assembling the valve core, inflate the wheel with the compressor till the tire is properly bedded on the rim. You will hear some air escape as the tire locates.

STEP 7
Let it deflate slowly: the tire must stay attached to the rim by the bead.
Add a bottle of ZEROFLATS though the air valve.

STEP 8
Mount the valve core.
Don’t let the wheel touch the ground.

STEP 9
Inflate the wheel with any pump, better an air compressor than a foot pump.

First of all, mount the new tires in the traditional way –with an inner tube- and leave it over night so that the tire holds its shape. That helps a lot to the mounting.
Big balloon tires (2.0 onwards) mount better than the others.
Soap is very important.
One ZEROFLATS bottle is enough for one tire. First time, be cautious and refill ZEROFLATS soon, because the first charge will be used to close and fill all pores of the tire and there will not be enough product to seal new punctures.
